[ Ange never really feels the need to broadcast anything over the journals, as anti-social as she is and all. But today she's perhaps feeling a bit more bored or a bit more annoyed than usual, probably because of some recent arrivals. So she has actually taken the effort to speak up for once now, her voice as flat and deadpan as it always is. ]

So, people here.. how much longer are you planning on wasting your time here? Don't get me wrong, it's not like I have found any way out either, but I doubt spending our time here with parties and all sorts of similar ridiculous things is going to help us in any way. Don't tell me all of you have grown so used to this place that you're just complacent with the situation as it is now.

[ Sorry, Luceti, she's a bit of a party pooper indeed. What is having fun. ]

I definitely have no plans of sticking around here if I'd be given the choice. I have better things to do than wasting my time around here.. unlike some other people, apparently. [ a very slight sigh. ]

So I guess in the end it comes down to this.. do any of you honestly want to stick around in this bothersome place and party your days away? I suppose I'm actually a little genuinely curious.

[ It looks like she's going to cut it off right there and then, but she seems to think of something as she starts a filter instead. ]

On a different note.. if anyone has advice for avoiding certain people, I'd like to hear it.

There are plenty of possibilities why it hasn't happened. Perhaps the smartest people are the ones who don't want to get out of here, or perhaps they just need to combine their efforts and haven't done so.

There's no way there's truly no escape out of this place.

Right. I'm not gonna accept that either, that there's no way out, but it seems like the Malnosso are holdin' all the cards.

And that sucks, and it pisses me off havin' to sit here and do nothin', but it seems like we just gotta wait for them to slip up so we can stand a chance.

[ At least that attitude is more okay with her. And so her tone becomes a little bit less harsh - although it is still deadpan all the same. ]

At least you've got some fighting spirit left. Even that much is already okay with me.. It's just that some people don't even care anymore. That annoys me.

Yeah, there are prob'ly some people around here who really couldn't give a damn, and that annoys me, too. I mean, how selfish do you gotta be to not care about everyone else who's tryin' to get back to their homes, just 'cause you don't wanna go back to yours?

But I don't think everyone who's hostin' parties and stuff fall into that category, if that's what you're thinkin'.

... Do you think so? So do you know any of the people who host the parties or attend them often personally? There's no way of telling whether they're that kind of person or not, right?

Especially since humans excel at trying to hide their true natures from others. [ she's more than just a little sceptical of other people forever. ]

So neither of us can really say one thing or another 'bout the people hostin' parties. You just go around assumin' the worst about people or what?

It's better to assume the worst and get pleasantly surprised rather than assuming the best and just getting disappointed time and time, don't you agree..?

But isn't that depressin'? Maybe you shouldn't assume the best either, or maybe you oughta choose who to assume the best of more carefully, but I don't think I'd be able to stand thinkin' everyone around me was automatically a bad person 'til they proved otherwise.

I guess to some people it might seem depressing, but it's just something natural to me.

You know, after a person has dealt with so many liars, deceivers and other kinds of untrustworthy people, you generally just start suspecting everyone.
