[ ... It's strange. When Ange comes back from the mission she went on to get Battler's departure of her mind, she decides to visit her mother first, just quickly - just to make sure she's okay now, although she doesn't doubt it, Kyrie's pretty strong, after all.. but instead the house just seems really quiet, and no matter where she looks in it, it's like there's nobody there. She can already guess what it means, which is why she soundlessly drops on the floor with a near empty-looking expression as she opens the journal and tries to contact her mother that way. ... Still.. nothing.
No way. No way-- first Battler left, and now her mother did too, and neither times was she even allowed to say goodbye? Silently she shakes her head to herself, but instead Ange notices that she's already start crying. It's unfair, too unfair-- losing her family at the start of October twice by now..
It takes a long time before she even stops crying. But even then she doesn't move from where she's sitting, she completely lacks the power and will to do so. She doesn't even feel like going home anymore, even if that's only right next door to the house she's in right now. She just...
... After what seems like an eternity it still takes way too much effort to make herself open the journal, writing in it with shaky fingers, the words empty and meaningless. ]

As of this morning, Kyrie Ushiromiya is gone as well.

[ The sentence isn't finished for a bit, since she doesn't even know what she wants. If she doesn't want to be alone, she can just simply walk over to Minato and Keiichi in the next house over, right? But she doesn't really feel like doing that, she already cried enough on her boyfriend last time around. She's not sure if she even wants to talk, or do.. well, anything, she just.. doesn't want to think of anything anymore.
Forget everything for a bit. It's the only way to make the pain go away.

[ She writes it quickly and then just closes the journal fully, as if she doesn't have any energy or willpower left to write. Instead she shoves it away from herself weakly, pulling her knees up to her chest and leaning her head against them.
By now she's just sitting next to the house though instead of in it - but she's sitting more off to the side, as if she's hoping nobody will find her there half-covered by the bushes. ]

[He doesn't want to offer her condolences that won't help, and he could ask if she'll see them back in her world... but he has the feeling she wouldn't be this upset if she would. And from their earlier conversations, he can piece together enough hints that the reason they both agree on family dying and leaving is because they aren't there anymore. No, if anything, not thinking directly about it is the best he can offer her right now. To give her time to be able to handle it a little more slowly. At least her boyfriend is still here, though Marco can also understand why she wouldn't want to run on him. He's the same way really.]
At least your red hair makes you easy to spot, eh? [Red hair he's currently hiding from the world under a blue wing. But whatever. Offering any kind of different topic than the missing family seems to be a good start, however weak it is.]

It'd be fine if it didn't. I wouldn't mind disappearing for a while. [ And the wing helps with exactly that for now. So Keiichi won't immediately come running over and find her or something. Her tone isn't deadpan though, it's more.. devoid of any emotion whatsoever, and it's very tense, as if she's trying to keep it stable even now but she's already failing with the way it faintly shakes. ]

Right after my Pops died, that's how I felt. Only, I couldn't let myself do that because everyone was counting on me to keep them safe, eh? [To come up with the next big plan, to know where they should go, how to get there, and to step up into shoes forty times too big.]
For now, it's okay to hide a little, I think. The world can shove off a little longer and give you some space.
And if the world disagrees with me, I'll kick it in the face and make it change its mind. [This is obviously how you deal with stress: hiding and kicking amorphous ideals, okay.]
