A lot of things, but if you want a more recent example.. he put enough flowers to fill three flower shops at least outside my door in the morning, then made some sort of scavenger hunt with plushies throughout the house, gave me a box with exchangable tokens for favors enough for me to practically sell him off to some slave market if I'd feel like it and then got lunch for me.
